Many times businesses or non-profits want to send a pre-recorded voice message to a large number of recipients, but don't necessarily have the personnel available to handle the in-bound calls requesting additional information.  A feature that can be most useful to you in these situations is Call Pacing.  With Call Pacing, you can send a job to a large list, but designate a certain number of calls per hour and have your message delivered over a longer period of time without having to split your list into smaller separate jobs.
